描述：Second generation peptide with high affinity for the Thomsen-Friedenreich antigen (TF antigen). IVWHRWYAWSPASRI showed superior binding to the surfaces of cultured human breast (MDA-MB-435) and prostate (DU 145, LNCaP) carcinoma cell lines displaying the TF antigen. Moreover, IVWHRWYAWSPASRI potently inhibited metastasis-related homotypic aggregation of cultured carcinoma cells.
