描述：This decapeptide encoded by a gene fragment from human melanoma M14, contains the antigenic epitope KYQI recognized by the human mAb L92. Peptide 810 is the first peptide recognized by cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTL) in melanoma patients. Therefore it seems possible to use this peptide as a melanoma vaccine replacing whole cells.
