描述：The acetylated pentapeptide Ac-DRLDS inhibits tumor cell adhesion to laminin, fibronectin, vitronectin, and RGDS-IgG substrates. Ac-DRLDS also inhibits tumor cell adhesion to CS-1-IgG as well as the CS-1-derived peptide (EILDV), in a concentration-dependent manner. Although the inhibitory effect was less than that of EILDV, this peptide retains the properties of both RGDS and EILDV.
