描述：Bifunctional antiplatelet agent blocked the binding of ¹²⁵I-fibrinogen to ADP-stimulated platelets with an IC₅₀ of 1.2 µM and inhibited ADP-induced platelet aggregation with an IC₅₀ of 29 µM. It was shown to be bifunctional in that it not only inhibited the binding of fibrinogen to glycoprotein IIb/IIIa, but also inhibited the binding of von Willebrand factor to glycoprotein Ib.
