描述：The fragment SRNRCNDQ-amide, a sequence derived from the amino-terminal heparinbinding domain of fibronectin, is a potent stimulator of tissue plasminogen activator (t-PA)-catalyzed plasminogen activation. The peptide induces a 15-fold increase in the kcat/Km of the activation reaction. However it influences neither the t-PA nor the plasmin amidolytic activity.
